To Whom It May Concern:

It is with great pleasure that I take this opportunity to state how exceedingly pleased we are with our new space in our basement.  Not only does the room truly enact everything we imagined it could ever be, but Janet Kay had an incredible ability to take our musings and turn them into true functioning exciting living space.  The room is functional, yet attractive and appealing.  More significantly for us, Janet managed to design the space to meet all of our needs. 

Our children wanted places to play ping-pong, eat dance, watch TV, work on the computer, play board games and just relax with their friends.  In addition, John and I wanted a place we could enjoy and use to entertain adult friends or business associates.  Amazingly enough, the room meets all those needs.

In addition, Janet was very attentive to detail.  Not only does the space function but she ensured there were light switches on both sides of the room so we wouldn't have to go downstairs if lights were left on.  She also provided adequate phone jacks, computer wiring and planned ahead for the day we might actually be able to get cable modems.  The room is more livable right down to the smallest detail.  And Janet did that in an economical fashion within the limited budget we provided her.

I can honestly say that this new room has changed all of our lives for the better.
